We are currently seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team. This position requires customer service and communication skills and will be a good fit if you are highly organized and enjoy staying busy. This is an in-office position, working from our Burbank location.

Job Description:

  • Manage Outward Facing Accounts
  • Coordinating with: vendors, tenants, owners, and government agencies
  • Setting-up and close Utility Accounts
  • Communicating with bank/tenant/vendors if there are any payment issues or returns
  • Receive and enter manual rent payments (checks, MO)
  • On-boarding & Off-boarding New Clients
  • Communicating with bank/tenant/vendors if there are any payment issues or returns
  • Cutting checks, sending payments: mail or online
  • Office Administrative Duties
  • Overseeing bill payments for properties
