Office Manager
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team. This position requires customer service and communication skills and will be a good fit if you are highly organized and enjoy staying busy. This is an in-office position, working from our Burbank location.
Job Description:
- Manage Outward Facing Accounts
- Coordinating with: vendors, tenants, owners, and government agencies
- Setting-up and close Utility Accounts
- Communicating with bank/tenant/vendors if there are any payment issues or returns
- Receive and enter manual rent payments (checks, MO)
- On-boarding & Off-boarding New Clients
- Communicating with bank/tenant/vendors if there are any payment issues or returns
- Cutting checks, sending payments: mail or online
- Office Administrative Duties
- Overseeing bill payments for properties
