Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the co-owner of Tiao Properties. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with contacts both internally and externally and assist in managing multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and has an interest in both real estate and entertainment. This is a part-time “hybrid” role, requiring you to work remotely as well as in-person.

Assistant Property Manager

As Assistant Property Manager, you will work directly with our Lead Property Manager to oversee operations for 200+ residential units throughout the LA area from Boyle Heights to Beverly Hills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will communicate with team members, owners, residents, and vendors on a daily basis. There is room for growth, so for the right individual, this position could open the door to a more expansive real estate career. Our ideal candidate can see what needs to be done and take initiative to launch and complete tasks.
