This month Sasha Struthers of Struthers Legal APC, will cover the basics of “Cash for Keys” including various regulatory requirements and common strategies for negotiating with tenants. Sasha is a California attorney with a practice focusing on tenant buyouts “Cash for Keys”.
Will Tiao of Tiao Properties will also cover different deals that are currently on the market in various parts of the City, including basics such as how to analyze rates of return. He will also go over some of the issues to expect once you close a deal with regards to property management.
