We reached out to Tiao Properties to rent our 4 bedroom house in Burbank and instead they sold our house. We could not be more pleased. COVID has created so much disruption and uncertainty for the world. I'm a Real Estate investor and was relocating back to Los Angeles earlier this Spring after a decade and Will was able to get me a great deal in a very tough LA market. Will is extremely bright, professional, hard-working, adept, personable and FAST and has a great knack for negotiating and getting offers accepted (so important for buyers in this very competitive LA Market.) I had a fairly complex financing scenario, a very challenging schedule and considered MANY possibilities before landing on the right one. Will was very flexible and adaptable, able to keep up with it all and worked diligently to get me the right deal. I was dealing with him remotely a lot of the time – which was not a problem at all – Will often works with international buyers and he was fully equipped to do everything virtually which was an absolute lifesaver for me!
