Our guest speakers this session are Jeffrey Prang — the Los Angeles County Assessor (who is in charge of the levy of property taxes throughout LA County) and Glen Kangas (gaappraisalsinc.com) of GA Appraisals Inc to discuss the process of residential and TIC appraisals.

Each month we tackle a different aspect of multifamily real estate investing in Los Angeles. It’s a chance to hear from experts in the field as well as meet other multifamily real estate investors and hear about off market deals. Hope you can join us!
