Come join us for the monthly Meet Up of the LA Multifamily Real Estate Networking Group! Each month we will tackle a different aspect of multifamily real estate investing in Los Angeles. It’s a chance to hear from experts in the field as well as meet other multifamily real estate investors and hear about off market deals.
This month, we will focus on rent control and property management.
Karen Numme from The Collective Realty will go over the different aspects of rent control in the City of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica, as well as non-rent controlled areas.
Nelle Loris of Tiao Properties will go over different aspects of property management, including leasing, landlord-tenant relations, and particularly things to consider when deciding whether to manage a property yourself or to hire a property manager.
At every seminar, Will Tiao of Tiao Properties will go over market conditions for multifamily investment properties in various parts of the City.
There will be free food and drink and a chance to mingle with other investors both before and after the talk, as well as to ask questions to any of the lenders or other income property specialists.
