In a very tight market I was able to get an offer accepted within the first couple tries which is unheard of in the Los Angeles area. Will knows his area incredibly well and will let you know the exact price you need to offer to get accepted. He also helped me when there was a title issue with the house during escrow. I had no idea what that even meant and he was able to get that taken care of within days. He also had to deal with a very litigious lawyer on the seller’s side and a very uncommunicative seller’s agent (we later learned that the offer right below mine would have been her own client so she had good reason to not assist with closing).
